Who: Dr. Mike Goatley (Virginia Tech, Professor, Extension specialist, Department of Crop and Soil Environmental Sciences) is an expert in selection, use, and management of turfgrasses for both homeowners and industry professionals.

Ms. Corinne Stephens (Businesses for the Bay/Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay) joined the Alliance in May 2015 and uses her knowledge of corporate environmental stewardship to develop and manage the Alliance’s Businesses for the Bay membership association, as well as grow other initiatives with the business community in the Chesapeake region.

Mr. Ben Ellis (Golf Course Superintendent, The Courses at Andrews Air Force Base) has worked in the turfgrass industry both in Virginia and Maryland for over 14 years. He received his A.A.S in Advanced Turfgrass Management from the Pennsylvania State University and an Associates Degree in Horticulture from Northern Virginia Community College.
